After what time is it possible to return to work following a laser vision correction procedure (office work in front of a computer)? I am asking about an approximate estimation as I realise it is a very individual matter, but I would like to know whether it is usually a week, a month or half a year? I would be very grateful for your reply.

The patient may return to work approximately a week after the procedure. We recommend taking a rest for the first 7 days following the surgery. This time may be slightly longer in some cases, depending on the correction method applied.

Generally speaking, there are no contraindications to working in front of a computer screen, but a break from work is recommended as the patient may initially experience eye fatigue and photophobia while working on the computer.
