Can I have a laser vision correction to correct short-sightedness if I’m 15 years old? Is it possible to undergo this procedure as an underage person if I’m accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian?

A laser vision correction is for people over the age of 18, i.e. the age when the eyes are fully developed. It is also very important for the visual defect to stabilise. The defect fluctuations cannot exceed 0,25-0,5 dioptres per year. When you are 18, please come to the qualifying examination to check whether the visual defect is stable enough and whether you are eligible for a laser vision correction procedure.
