Can the laser vision correction surgery correct accommodative strabismus? I suffer from accommodative strabismus – I do not squint when I wear glasses, but I have esotropia without them.

Laser vision correction corrects vision defects such as far-sightedness, short-sightedness and astigmatism. It does not, however, correct accommodative strabismus. It only corrects a vision defect and therefore makes wearing glasses no longer necessary. It does not affect the position of the eyes although there is a chance that following the laser vision correction procedure strabismus may also decrease or even completely disappear.
