Recently I did an eye examination and now I have to put on the glasses +1 for reading, two years ago I started with +0.5. I would like to mention that during the given period I have spent a lot of time in front of a computer, due to the nature of my work. Upon reading about the eye defects, I conclude that there exists such a condition as presbyopia – a natural process of aging of the eye muscles, which unfortunately can not be corrected.
