After laser vision correction it is extremely important to pay attention to proper eye lubrication. During a flight your eyes are exposed to very dry air. In order to reduce eye dryness it is recommended not to travel by plane earlier than three days after the surgery and apply preservative-free moisturising eye drops every hour.
