In order to be qualified for the surgery you have to have a medical statement from your endocrinologist about the progress of your disease and that there are no medical contraindications for the surgery, that the hormones are indeed stable and that you are under constant medical supervision. The diseases you mention are connected with substantially elongated period of healing.
