In order to be qualified for a laser vision correction your refractive error has to be stable for one year. It can happen so that a patient can undergo a surgery when they are 18 but some have to wait until they are 21. It is hard to assess your case as we know very little about you. It would help if you could state the extent of your error and whether it is stable. The choice of a method does not depend on the age but on the results of the qualifying examination, to which we would like to invite you.
