My vision is OD: +3.00, CYL: -2.75; OS +2.5, CYL: -1.75. I have undergone 5 strabismus surgeries. It is now (while I’m wearing glasses or lenses) virtually invisible (0 degrees). Without correction an eye ‘escapes’. The weaker one. Will the effect, after the laser correction, be equivalent to the effect of lenses/glasses? Will it make my strabismus disappear?
What is more I’m suffering from papillary conjunctivitis (because of the contact lenses). Would I qualify for a surgery?

The impairments reported by you are, by all means, possible to correct, however, the eye has to be healthy. The conjunctivitis has to be cure completely. Laser vision correction can be performed only when the eyes are fully healthy. After the surgery, the patient sees as if he was wearing glasses/contact lenses but without them, however the operation does not cure strabismus.
