Choosing laser vision correction was definitely the right decision. I underwent a FemtoLASIK procedure on 10 June 2025 and from that day onwards I've never had to wear my glasses. Before the surgery, I had already been wearing glasses with progressive lenses, which were costly and had to be replaced at least every two years as my eyesight continued to deteriorate. At the very beginning, I was informed that only the short-sightedness would be corrected, and that I would still need glasses for reading, which turned out to be exactly the case. Now I no longer wear glasses on a daily basis – only occasionally for reading – and those cost me barely a tenth of what I used to spend. I would wholeheartedly recommend the procedure to anyone who is still hesitating.

I have had a TransPRK laser vision correction surgery. Before the procedure, I had a refractive error of -1.75 dioptres in both eyes. I do not have any complications. I sometimes see less clearly in the evenings, but I am apparently supposed to reach full vision stability in a few months. I am highly satisfied. The procedure itself is painless and what is an additional benefit is the one-day procedure mode - the qualifying examination and the procedure are both scheduled for the same day. My visual acuity keeps improving. I sincerely recommend the procedure, because its results are amazing. Life without glasses is much better.
